Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1.1 FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING
There are no shipping costs on your side.
We will send your order with FEDX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING from Bali for free.
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
1.2 Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
1.3 Change of shipping Details
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us right after payment at firstname.lastname@example.org and we see what we can do.
If the order already has been shipped, you have to contact the fedx on your own for any changes. The customer is responsible for related extra fees.
Due to courier limitations, we are unable make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
1.4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
2. Customs, Duties and Taxes
ALL CUSTOM/IMPORT CHARGES MUST BE PAYED BY RECIPIENT.
Since we ship from Bali-Indonesia, international orders are likely to be subject of duties, taxes and custom charges in the country of destination. Unfortunately, due to the various procedures, these charges are impossible to be payed by us and therefore have be payed by the recipient of the order. Although FEDX offers on average a very smooth process of customer affairs. These procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend the buyers to look up the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.
Cancellation requests due to the customer declining the customs charges will not be processed.
3. Damages by shipping carrier / Lost parcels / Delivery issues
Although any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. We will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package. We cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages.
BROKENSTONES JEWELRY is not liable for any products damaged by shipping carrier. Please first take photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us, so we can help & correspond with the shipping carrier.
